Hi all!

Our Deaf Survivors Center (ODSC) is surveying victims, service providers and therapists who have served Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and deafblind victims who have used/referred to ODSC's hotline services. This survey will help ODSC evaluate the hotline and determine if improvements are needed. Your honest feedback is very important and appreciated.
