H.1601/S.1037 would prohibit discrimination against parents with disabilities in MA in custody and parenting time court cases. I’ve attached the fact sheet for more information. The hybrid hearing for this bill is scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday, 11/14 at 1pm, in room A-2 of the MA state house as well as online. ASL interpreters and CART have been confirmed.
